Alloy 15-3-3-3 Ti is a solid welding wire produced conventionally and then surface cleaned to remove standard drawing lubricants.
This metastable beta Ti alloy is a high strength, heat-treatable material used in aerospace applications.

Ti 15-3-3-3 Foil available min. 0.03mm x 150mm width x coil
mostly in stock 0.6 mm often used in eye fgrames and other high flexible applications.

This HIGHSTRENGTH, COLDFORMABLE ALLOY is sometimes available as a wire with max. 12 mm diameter. Ti-15V-3Cr-3Sn-3Al is a metastable beta titanium alloy that offers substantial weight reductions over other engineering materials. In the solution treated condition, it has excellent cold formability; in aged condition, it has high strength. 15-3 is a production alloy that is currently used for critical applications on air and space vehicles. 15-3 is usually acceptable for use at temperatures up to 550°F (288°C). Strip is available in gauges from 0.016 in (0.4mm) to 0.094 in (2.4mm). At thinner gauges, 15-3 is less expensive than Ti Grade 5.
