Grade 5 Titanium Tube

We often get inquiries for Ti6Al4V Tubes. In fact there is no such product available. Due to its ductillity it is not possible to produce seamless cold drawn Titanium Tubes in Grade 5. Especially from medical sector we see this request frequently. Considering the fact in ASTM F 136 especially tubes are excluded.
Instead you can order with us Seamless Titanium Grade 9 Tubes and Pipes. Made of Ti2.5Al2V which also is called half Grade 5. Almost any size can be offered. Long tubes up to 16 m and more are possible.
There are technologies to produce Titanium Grade 5 Pipes. Starting at about 50 mm OD and at least 10% of OD as Wall. PLS note also these Pipes will have no medical Spec on - since there is no medical Spec for this.
